- Century's lifetime structural and internal surface warranty, a 12-month defects period, and the manufacturers' equipment warranties.
- Excavation with rock included at no extra cost, plus spoil cartage within a 30-minute round trip (tip fees excluded).
- Pump, filter and salt chlorinator, equipment slab and plumbing, plus an acoustic enclosure for the equipment.
- Standard engineering, and temporary fencing during construction.
